Renting The Apartment
We have decided to rent the apartment for a very reasonable:-
£85 per week in winter, (December, January and February)
£130 per week in off-peak (March, April, October and November)
£180 per week in the summer. (May and June, part of July)
£215 Per week at peak times (July, August and September)

Host Service
We have appointed a host to look after the apartment and to assist visitors while they are staying there. The Host is Karen (and hubby Bruce). Karen and Bruce live close to the apartment. Karen will ensure that it is clean and tidy for your arrival and clean bedding and towels are provided.
They will open the apartment and welcome visitors when you first arrive, showing you how to use the facilities in the apartment such as the hot water, cooker, safe, alarm etc. They have a lot of knowledge about the local area, and may be able to help and answer any queries you may have.
When you leave Karen will check the apartment to ensure all is OK, and clean the apartment. Karen and Bruce will also be on call in an emergency to give you any assistance that they can.
If you require to be met at the airport (Murcia or Alicante) and transported to and from the apartment, Karen can arrange this service for a small fee.The host service will cost 45 Euros, payable locally to the hosts. If required they will also provides some basic supplies (milk, butter, bread, tea, water etc.) when you first arrive for a small additional cost. (15 Euros)
Note: the cleaning fee is for a party of 4 or less. each additional person will incur a 5 euro's fee)
also to welcome guests outside the hosts normal hours of 08:00 - 20:00 a fee of 15 euro's may be added.
We also have a power meter fitted to the apartment which takes pre-paid cards of 10 Euros each. We will ensure that at least 10 Euros credit is on the meter on arrival, and you can purchase additional cards from the host.
