The Apartment
The Apartment has now been "live" for 4 years and is coming along nicely. It can sleep 6 reasonably comfortably, but really is aimed at 4 people The apartment consists of:-
Ground floor garden area
this is a secure area with tall lockable gate and white pillars, storage cupboard, walled garden with shrubs and plants and a seating area with table and chairs and covered roof.
this is a great place to sit and relax especially in the afternoon when it is shady
Lounge and Dining area
the lounge area has a Sofa and a double bed-sette, plus occasional furniture.
In the lounge there is a TV, with a satelite receiver that can receive many english channels including UK terestrial, a couple of childrens channels plus several movie channels. It can also pick up many foriegn stations (German, French, Spanish etc.) There is also a DVD player with some popular family programmes and films and a Gamecube console with a couple of games.
The wireless broadband internet connection is located here and gives hassle free access to your emails and web sites. There is a wireless router so if you have a laptop (or ipad or iPhone) with wireless connectivity then you can connect to the internet from anywherein the apartment or its garden.

Two bedrooms
with two single beds in each, however these can be pushed together to make a large double bed. The rear bedromm has an ensuite.
Two bathrooms
the main bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over the bath, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The 2nd is an en-suite off the main edroom and has a shower, toilet and washbasin
Kitchen
We have a compact kitchen area, with large fridge-freezer and electric cooker and plenty of cupboard space
Utility area
This has a washing machine, microwave, additional storage and the hot water tank. stairs from here lead up to the roof terrace

The Roof Terrace
from the utility area steps lead up to a large roof terrace which has a great view of the sea and surrounding area. There is a table and chairs up there plus two sunbeds.
We also have an electric BBQ that can be used to cook on the roof.
There is a wooden gazebo, that provides shade in the heat of the day, plus can make a great place to sleep in the hot weather.
